Refund & Returns Policy

At RRB Foods, customer satisfaction is important to us. This policy explains the conditions under which returns, refunds, and replacements are accepted.

Eligible Reasons for Returns

Returns or replacement requests will be considered only under the following conditions:

  • The wrong product was sent by the merchant.

  • The product is defective.

  • The product was damaged during shipping.

  • The product is tampered with at the time of delivery.

Return Conditions

  • Requests must be reported within 7 days of delivery.

  • Products must be unused, unopened, sealed, and in original packaging.

  • Products that are opened, used, or tampered with after delivery will not be eligible for return.

RRB Foods reserves the right to refuse returns that do not meet the above conditions.

Refund Policy

  • Approved refunds will be processed only to the original mode of payment.

  • Refunds will be processed within 10 to 45 days, depending on the credit card issuing bank.

  • Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable, unless the return is due to an error on our part.

Replacement Policy

  • In eligible cases, a replacement may be offered instead of a refund.

  • Replacement products will be dispatched after verification of the returned item.
