Return Policy

We accept returns within 7 days of receipt, provided that the delivery packaging has not been opened, or the products are damaged or incorrect. If you need to return an item, please notify us and return the box in its original packaging. Returned products must be unopened, sealed, and in their original condition. Shipping & Handling fees are non-refundable. If all conditions are met, please ship the products back to us using a registered courier service, and we will issue a full refund. Please note that we reserve the right to refuse returned shipments if the product has been used or tampered with.

Refund Policy

Refunds will be processed only through the Original Mode of Payment and will be initiated within 10 to 45 days, depending on the issuing bank of the credit card. Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment.

Cancellation Policy

Customers can cancel their order within 24 hours of purchase. Refunds will be issued back to the payment solution used initially by the customer. Please allow for up to 45 days for the refund transfer to be completed.

• Cancellations must be requested within 24 hours of placing the order.
• Orders that have already been shipped cannot be cancelled.
• Refunds will be processed once the cancellation request is approved and the returned items are received and inspected.

No Refund Policy

For certain products or services, we may have a no refund policy. This will be clearly communicated to cardholders before the purchase decision is made to prevent misunderstandings and disputes.
