Cancellation Policy

Order Cancellation

• Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placing the order, provided the order has not been shipped.

• Once an order has been dispatched, cancellation will not be possible.

Refund for Cancelled Orders

• If the cancellation request is approved, the refund will be credited back to the original mode of payment.

• Refund processing may take up to 45 days, depending on the issuing bank.

No Cancellation Notice

If a product or order is marked as non-cancellable, this will be clearly communicated to the customer before the purchase is completed, to avoid misunderstandings or disputes.
